Construction Progress and Acquisition of New Equipment in the Quality Control Area
We want to share with you the progress in the remodeling, adaptation and acquisition of new equipment works in the Quality Control Area.
Regarding the building renovations, we tell you that we have created two completely separate and isolated areas.
The first corresponds to the physical-chemical analysis laboratory where state-of-the-art equipment has been incorporated to perform spectrophotometric measurements in the ultraviolet and visible wavelength range. The incorporated equipment is a Shimadzu brand Spectrophotometer model UV-1900, which allows us to considerably expand our analytical capacity, being able to perform spectral scans, kinetic measurements, analysis of results and data obtained, etc.

The microbiological analysis area is already operational. It has incorporated filtered air equipment that injects clean and particle-free air which in turn generates positive pressure difference inside the room. An Airlock Room was also incorporated for changing work clothes that allows entry and exit from the microbiology area proper. This Airlock Room also has a positive pressure differential to prevent the entry of untreated air to these areas.

We are proud to continue on the path of continuous improvement, constant investment and with the conviction that by working together and giving the best of ourselves, we can build a better future for us and for our children.
