The properties of Milk Thistle extracts from Proyar Laboratory are very varied:

Used mainly as a preventive, its central characteristic is to be an excellent hepatic protector due to its high silymarin content (1.5-3.0% w/w).

It also has aperitif, cholagogue, digestive, hemostatic, venotonic, diuretic action (action conferred by the presence of other flavonoids such as kaempferol, taxifolin, apigenoside), antipyretic and anti-radical.

It is prescribed in treatments of hepatobiliary insufficiency, cirrhosis, some types of hepatitis, hepatobiliary dyskinesia, hyposecretory dyspepsias, loss of appetite. Also for hemorrhages, cystitis, urolithiasis, oliguria.
