    (Melia azederach L.)

The extracts from Paraíso seeds are traditionally used as insecticides and also exhibit antifeedant activity during larval stages.

    Lavender Extr.

The compounds linalool, linalyl acetate, and camphor, present in the flower's essential oil, exhibit antiseptic, acaricidal, and insect-repellent activity.

    Rosemary (Essential oil)

    (Rosmarinus officinalis L.)

The essential oil of Rosemary has antiseptic and insect-repellent properties. Additionally, it stimulates hair growth.

    Citronella (Essential oil)

    (Cymbopogon citratus Stapf.)

The essential oil, extracted from the leaves of Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus Stapf.), has a recognized insect-repellent action. Therefore, it is used in formulations to prevent and combat pediculosis.

Note: the most effective products, which also serve a preventive function, are those that remain in the hair after application, such as lotions and leave-in creams. It is not necessary to rinse the hair after application. After applying the product, it is recommended to leave it on for 20 minutes and remove lice and nits with a metal lice comb.
